Why Certifications Matter

Standards-Based Restoration

IICRC certifications and TDLR licenses aren't decorations — they're standards we work to. IICRC S500 governs water damage restoration. IICRC S520 governs mold remediation. Texas TDLR licenses are required by law for mold work over 25 sq ft.

When you choose a restoration contractor, ask for their certifications and licenses. Anyone working mold in Texas without TDLR MRC license over 25 sq ft is operating illegally. Anyone working biohazard without OSHA BBP training is operating unsafely. We hold both.

Our certifications protect you legally (claim validity), financially (proper insurance documentation), and physically (safe work practices).
